Job Summary
Leading high-profile client engagements, the full-time P&C and L&H Licensed Client Executive will develop strategic risk management plans, oversee multi-line insurance programs, and drive growth initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead executive advisor to high-profile clients, managing complex client accounts and overseeing risk management strategies
- Drive account growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and achieving revenue targets through client development initiatives
- Maintain market expertise and represent the firm at industry events while collaborating with carrier partners to negotiate specialized coverage terms
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance and strategic risk management
- Proven success in managing large, multi-line client accounts at an executive level
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance lines
- Extensive network of senior carrier relationships and negotiation skills for unique coverage structures
- Active P&C and L&H licenses required; advanced certifications such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, CEBS, or ARM preferred
