P&C and L&H Licensed Client Executive
Job Summary
Serving as the lead executive advisor for high-profile clients, the full-time remote P&C and L&H Licensed Client Executive will manage strategic risk management plans, oversee multi-line programs, and drive growth initiatives while ensuring comprehensive coverage alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-level client interactions, including board presentations and contract negotiations
- Drive strategic growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all lines of coverage
- Act as a mentor to junior Client Executives and provide strategic input on internal initiatives
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance and strategic risk management
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex client accounts at an executive level
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, including specialty markets
- Extensive network of senior carrier relationships with negotiation experience
- Active P&C and L&H licenses required; advanced certifications preferred
