Job Summary
Responsible for broking new and renewal business, the remote Commercial Broker will manage general property and casualty lines, ensuring client needs are met while adhering to service standards and timelines; a P&C Broker License is required.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate broking activities around the renewal cycle, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
- Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the brokerage team to prepare comprehensive submissions and proposals for clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of two to five years of property and casualty insurance experience
- P&C License required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Advanced industry designation(s) such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM is a plus
- Experience with Epic agency management system is a plus
