P&C Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

To maximize revenue and client retention, the full-time remote P&C Insurance Account Manager will manage ongoing relationships with key clients and their intermediaries, handle client negotiations, and develop strategies for effective client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Builds strong customer relationships through proactive communication and consultative approaches to meet client needs
• Acts as a central point of contact for clients, preparing sales proposals and managing renewals to achieve maximum sales profitability
• Establishes credibility with clients by articulating current market conditions and aligning Coface's offerings with client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least three years of administrative experience in credit insurance, banking, claims, or factoring
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
• P&C Insurance license preferred, or ability to pass licensing course within 60 days of hire
