Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time P&C Insurance Advisor will field inbound calls from small business owners, articulate the benefits of insurance products, and collaborate with underwriting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Field inbound and make outbound calls to small business owners seeking insurance
- Educate leads on risks and tailor sales approaches to meet customer needs, closing sales effectively
- Collaborate with the Underwriting team to gather necessary documentation for underwriting decisions
Required qualifications
- Active/current P&C insurance license
- 2 years' experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions
- Experience using software in a professional environment
