P&C Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time P&C Licensed Account Manager will manage client accounts by developing relationships, servicing day-to-day inquiries, and overseeing the renewal and marketing processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop proactive relationships with clients and insurance carriers, participating in meetings as needed
• Prepare requests for proposals and draft renewal presentations while ensuring accuracy in collaboration with senior team members
• Maintain client files and respond to billing inquiries, coordinating with the Accounting Department when necessary

Required qualifications:

• P&C Insurance License required
• Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred
• Over 3 years of client service and/or industry experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
