P&C Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

As a full-time P&C Licensed Claims Adjuster on the Renters team, the successful candidate will review property damage claims, conduct investigations, and maintain ongoing communication with insured parties while working in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and investigate property damage claims submitted by Outside Adjusters
• Provide status updates and maintain communication with insured clients and stakeholders
• Utilize computer systems effectively in a paperless environment to resolve claims and negotiate settlements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in a customer-focused environment; preferred experience in adjusting insurance claims
• P&C Adjuster license required, to be obtained within 30 days of hire in applicable states
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple screens for data entry
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
