Job Summary
Leading a team of Client Service Specialists, the full-time P&C Licensed Client Service Lead will manage client programs, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise team members, promoting performance, teamwork, and knowledge sharing
- Ensure professional handling of client programs, maintaining a client retention rate of 95% or higher
- Recruit, train, and mentor new colleagues while overseeing seamless account onboarding
Required qualifications:
- P&C licensed
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a Surety environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Experience in Epic & Tinubu preferred
