Job Summary
Leading a team of Client Service Specialists, the full-time P&C Licensed Client Service Lead will manage client service delivery, oversee account onboarding, and ensure a high client retention rate while fostering a culture of performance and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor team members, promoting performance and knowledge sharing
- Ensure seamless handling of client programs, including onboarding and issue resolution
- Drive adoption of processes and technology tools while maintaining data integrity
Required qualifications
- P&C licensed
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in Epic & Tinubu preferred
