P&C Licensed Inbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Connecting with pet parents during important moments, the full-time P&C Licensed Inbound Sales Specialist will engage with warm inbound leads, educate potential customers on Trupanion's coverage, and guide them through the enrollment process, all while working remotely on a set schedule from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time, Friday through Tuesday.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and support prospective customers through inbound interactions, delivering exceptional service
• Build trust and rapport with pet parents by understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
• Manage high call volumes while achieving individual sales and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a B2C sales or inbound call center environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Must hold or be able to obtain an active P&C license in your state of residence
• Strong aptitude for navigating multiple digital platforms and documenting customer interactions in CRM systems
• Experience working remotely with a reliable hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free home-office setup
