P&C Licensed Operations Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple customer service and insurance support teams, the full-time remote P&C Licensed Operations Manager will drive operational performance, develop frontline leadership, and ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coach Supervisors and Team Managers to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive achievement of key business metrics including service levels, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support new business implementations and operational transitions
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Minimum 3+ years of Operations Manager experience in insurance contact centers or related environments
- Experience leading teams and managing operational performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with contact center technology
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, Insurance, or related discipline preferred
