Job Summary
Supporting Producers and Account Executives in a full-time capacity, the P&C Licensed Surety Specialist will manage client needs related to bond requests, billing issues, and account communications while working collaboratively within a small team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client needs, including bond requests and billing issues
- Analyze periodic informational updates and communicate data to underwriters
- Issue original bonds and assist in developing carrier submissions and proposals
Required qualifications
- P&C licensed with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment
- Insurance-related and other professional designations are highly desirable
- Ability to learn and utilize EPIC software
- Strong decision-making capabilities and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to participate in surety industry events
