Job Summary
To lead the next stage of growth within the broker channel, the full-time remote P&C Licensed SVP of Broker Distribution will manage the expansion of strategic partnerships, drive premium growth, and oversee the distribution team while collaborating with internal departments to enhance broker experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Drive premium growth by owning GWP targets and increasing active producing partners
- Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with distribution partners that align with Thimble's appetite
- Define and execute the multi-year distribution strategy while leading and growing the distribution team
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in P&C insurance distribution or business development, including 7+ years in a leadership role
- Proven record of scaling a distribution channel and delivering measurable premium growth
- Deep relationships across the small commercial distribution landscape
- Strong knowledge of small business products, appetite, and commission structures
- Bachelor's degree required
