P&C Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Creating and updating high-quality insurance proposal documents, the full-time P&C Operations Specialist on the Proposal Team will ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements and organizational standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proposal shells within the Applied Epic system and review carrier quotes for key information
• Accurately enter and update quote information in proposal documents, ensuring compliance with formatting standards
• Troubleshoot issues related to missing information and maintain awareness of system updates impacting proposals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General understanding of insurance coverages and terminology preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience with the Applied Epic agency management system preferred
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
