PCB Design Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer for a remote, full-time position, who will lead end-to-end PCB layout activities, develop high-quality designs for complex industrial electronic products, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PCB layout activities, including constraint definition, stack-up development, and verification
• Develop robust, high-quality PCB designs optimized for signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support prototype builds, design reviews, and troubleshooting throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PCB layout and design experience for industrial or ruggedized electronic products
• Advanced proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, and/or Mentor Xpedition
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-speed, controlled-impedance PCB designs
• Strong expertise in EMC-conscious layout techniques and thermal management
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
