PCB Layout Engineer
Job Summary
Participating in the definition and implementation of multiple spacecraft subsystems, the full-time salaried PCB Layout Engineer will create physical PCB layouts from concept to fabrication using Cadence Allegro or Mentor Xpedition in a collaborative design environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create the physical layout of PCBs from concept to fabrication
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams across different locations
- Manage multiple projects in parallel throughout the design and production phases
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design
- 4+ years of PCB layout experience using industry-standard design suites
- Experience with high current density designs and prototyping
