PCB Layout Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of a low Earth orbit satellite network, the full-time salaried PCB Layout Engineer will create physical PCB layouts from concept to fabrication using Cadence Allegro or Mentor Xpedition while collaborating with multiple technical teams across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Create the physical layout of PCBs from concept to fabrication
- Participate in all phases of system design and production
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a collaborative design environment
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design
- 4+ years of PCB layout experience using industry-standard design suites
- Experience with high current density designs
