Job Summary
To support client projects in the Data Center group, a PE Licensed Structural Engineer will perform engineering design and analysis, ensuring quality deliverables are on time and within budget, with opportunities for both local in-office and full-time remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on complex projects within the Civil/Structural department, collaborating closely with Directors and the Vice President
- Review and perform detailed structural design for electric power substations, including various engineering documents and specifications
- Prepare calculations, models, reports, and other project documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable Codes and Standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited institution, with a civil/structural emphasis preferred
- 7+ years of relevant engineering or field experience
- PE licensure or the ability to obtain it within one year
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MathCAD, and modeling/design software such as SAP2000 and PLS-CADD
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
