Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote PE Licensed Substation Engineer, the Substation Training & Quality Engineer will manage training programs, conduct quality audits, and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and ensure quality standards in substation engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality control, conduct audits, and mentor projects related to substation engineering
- Create and maintain training curriculum while coordinating department-wide training initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine quality processes and tools for the Substation Engineering department
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years of substation structural design experience
- PE License is required
- Technical expertise in substation Structural Engineering
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support the growth of others
