Job Summary
Managing a team of engineers and technicians, the full-time PE Licensed Transmission Engineering Lead will oversee project planning, coordinate work assignments, and ensure the quality completion of transmission engineering tasks, with opportunities for both local in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees project planning, scheduling, and coordination for small to large-scale projects
- Assigns and coordinates work among engineers, designers, and administrative staff
- Provides technical assistance and training for junior engineers while managing team member development
Required Qualifications
- BSCE or BSCET from an accredited institution, with a preference for civil/structural or mechanical options
- 5+ years of engineering or relevant field experience
- FE or PE licensure required
- Expertise in PLS-CADD and proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal command of the English language
