Job Summary
Offering flexible work arrangements, the remote PE Licensed Transmission Line Engineer will provide technical leadership for high voltage overhead transmission line projects, focusing on design, planning, and client interactions while ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV, including project scheduling and coordination with clients
- Support Project Managers with project status reports, scope development, and client relationship management
- Facilitate adherence to QA/QC procedures and contribute to departmental support and business improvement efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in transmission project design and management
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
- Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite
