Job Summary
To support a growing member base, the part-time Pediatric Sleep Coach Certified will provide virtual consultations and guidance on infant sleep patterns and routines, while collaborating with a care team and documenting encounters in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging to assist parents with infant sleep issues
- Document member interactions in the practice management system and collaborate with the Care Delivery team for coordinated care
- Deliver culturally humble care, addressing emotional support needs and connecting members with additional resources as necessary
Required qualifications:
- Certified as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant through Family Sleep Institute or Gentle Sleep Coach
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sleep coaching
- A minimum of 3 years of telehealth experience
- Experience providing one-on-one sleep coaching in a private practice setting
- Strong interest in women's and family health, particularly in infant sleep and postpartum support
