Pediatric Therapy Recruiter
Job Summary
To support pediatric therapy and behavioral health recruitment efforts, the full-time Pediatric Therapy Recruiter will design and implement recruiting strategies, manage candidate engagement, and build relationships with various stakeholders while working remotely during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement recruiting strategies for pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions
- Lead recruitment efforts for specialized professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and community organizations to expand candidate pipelines
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Direct experience recruiting within education, therapy, or related fields
- Proven ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies
- Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
