Pega AI Architect
Job Summary
To support decisioning and AI enablement teams, the full-time remote Pega AI CDH Architect will design, implement, and optimize Pega AI capabilities and Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH) solutions while driving complex delivery with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Pega AI features and Customer Decisioning Hub solutions
- Lead hands-on implementation of AI-powered decisioning strategies and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails
- Integrate Pega with enterprise APIs and external AI services, ensuring reliable real-time integrations
Required qualifications
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
- Experience implementing Pega CDH with strong capabilities in customer decisioning strategies
- Hands-on experience with Pega AI features, such as Knowledge Buddy and Voice AI
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience with JSON, XML, and SQL
- Familiarity with AI governance and model governance requirements
