Job Summary
To support healthcare projects, the remote Pega Certified Business Analyst will manage requirements and stakeholder interactions while leveraging hands-on technical knowledge of Pega applications, case management, and workflows on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage requirements and stakeholder interactions for Pega implementations in the healthcare domain
- Utilize Pega App Studio, case management, and workflows to develop and troubleshoot applications
- Provide production support and perform root cause analysis for large-scale systems
Required qualifications
- Pega Business Analyst certification (PBA) is mandatory
- 15+ years of experience as a Technical Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Expertise in Medicaid/Healthcare domain, specifically in eligibility determination and enrollment lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with Pega case management, workflows, and integrations
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills preferred
