Key responsibilities
- Architect and deliver Pega PRPC and related workflow applications while ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Oversee a team of Pega professionals in delivering interfaces, integrations, and workflow solutions supporting healthcare operations
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in analysis, system design, development, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications
- Strong expertise in Pega Business Rules, Pega PRPC, and related workflow applications
- Experience in leading architecture and delivery of Pega solutions integrated with legacy healthcare systems
- Proficient in SQL and Oracle databases
- Healthcare domain experience, preferably within payer environments
