Pega Senior Developer
Job Summary
Hands-on and experienced, the full-time Pega Senior Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality Pega applications in a hybrid work environment, focusing on healthcare solutions and utilizing the Pega Smart Claims Engine framework.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, unit test, and optimize Pega applications following best practices and performance optimization techniques
- Implement Pega class structures, workflows, UI models, and integrations to deliver scalable healthcare solutions
- Participate in Agile/SAFe environments, engaging in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega Platform (PRPC) development experience, including application design and deployment
- Strong experience with Pega Automated Testing and software quality assurance best practices
- Expertise in Facets modules related to healthcare payer operations, including claims processing and EDI transactions
- Proven experience in supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of Pega Reporting, integrations, and automated testing methodologies in enterprise environments
