Pega Senior Developer
Job Summary
Hands-on and experienced, the hybrid Pega Senior Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality Pega applications, focusing on the Pega Smart Claims Engine framework and adhering to healthcare industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, unit test, and optimize Pega applications following best practices and design patterns
- Implement Pega class structures, workflows, UI models, and integrations to deliver scalable healthcare solutions
- Participate in Agile/SAFe environments, engaging in sprint ceremonies and collaborating with distributed teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega Platform (PRPC) development experience, including application design and deployment
- Strong experience with Pega Automated Testing and software quality assurance best practices
- Expertise in Facets modules related to healthcare payer operations, including claims and membership
- Experience with healthcare claims processing and EDI transactions, including EDI 835 and EDI 837
- Proven experience in supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
