Pega Senior Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Pega Senior Developer for a hybrid role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality Pega applications, with a strong focus on healthcare solutions and integration patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, unit test, and optimize Pega applications following best practices and performance optimization techniques
- Implement Pega class structures, workflow/process flows, and reusable assets to deliver scalable healthcare solutions
- Collaborate in Agile/SAFe environments, participating in sprint ceremonies and code reviews while troubleshooting defects and performing root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega Platform (PRPC) development experience, including application design and deployment
- Strong experience with Pega Automated Testing and software quality assurance best practices
- Expertise in Facets modules related to healthcare payer operations, including claims processing and EDI transactions
- Proven experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong knowledge of Pega Reporting, integrations, and automated testing methodologies in enterprise environments
