Pega Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Pega Solutions Engineer, the ideal candidate will design, architect, and develop enterprise Pega-based solutions while collaborating with project teams and client representatives in an Agile DevSecOps environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Pega-based solutions, prioritizing features with testable acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Conduct code reviews and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with solution architecture in IT environments
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing Pega PaaS/SaaS solutions
- Experience with Pega tools such as Pega Log Analyzer and System Management Application
- Experience in direct client engagement to elicit business and technical needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
