Job Summary
Supporting security assessments, the full-time Penetration Tester will plan and execute tests on various technologies, including web applications and cloud environments, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct security testing of IT assets, web applications, and cloud implementations
- Develop and maintain a repeatable methodology for security testing, including threat modeling and test planning
- Create and deliver detailed reports on security test results and compliance with NIST SP 800-53 controls
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in penetration testing
- Proficiency with Burp Suite, Qualys, and Nessus
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and NIST Risk Management Framework
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field preferred
- Industry-standard certification (e.g., Security+) strongly preferred
