Penetration Testing Engineer

Job Summary

Executing deep, hands-on penetration tests across applications, platforms, and AI-powered systems, the full-time remote Penetration Testing Engineer will partner with engineering and AppSec teams to identify vulnerabilities and provide remediation guidance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration tests on web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, including AI/ML systems
• Perform manual exploitation techniques, focusing on business logic abuse and privilege escalation
• Produce detailed reports on security findings and collaborate with teams for effective remediation

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing or offensive security
• Experience with penetration testing in production environments using both manual and automated techniques
• Understanding of application security vulnerabilities and attack chains
• Ability to articulate exploitation mechanics and remediation steps to technical teams
• Familiarity with cloud security fundamentals and AI/ML-specific security risks
