Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Pennsylvania Certified K-12 Teacher will follow lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and adapt teaching methods to support equitable student participation.
Key responsibilities
- Follow and implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Manage the classroom environment to encourage student participation and minimize distractions
- Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- PA Substitute Teaching Certification or willingness to pursue emergency certification
- Ability to pass State Criminal Record Check, State Child Abuse, and Department of Education FBI checks
