Pennsylvania Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

To support network development, the full-time Pennsylvania Contract Negotiator will recruit physician, hospital, and ancillary service providers, ensuring compliance with corporate and state guidelines while working remotely with occasional travel for meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a network of providers while ensuring accurate contract completion
• Facilitate provider set-up and contract configuration for accurate claims adjudication
• Coordinate with internal departments and providers to maintain contract compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations
• Experience in a hospital or physician's office/group setting
• Working knowledge of State and/or Federal health care programs (Medicaid, Medicare) preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
