Job Summary
To support veterinary diagnostics, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Anatomic Pathologist will interpret biopsies, generate pathology reports, and consult with medical professionals remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Render pathology reports including morphologic diagnosis and microscopic findings within prescribed turn-around times
- Consult with peers and clients via various communication platforms and participate in digital pathology conferences
- Engage in continuing education and contribute to the training of veterinary students, interns, and residents as needed
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
- Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Fluency in English
