Job Summary
To support a growing litigation team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney will manage all phases of toxic tort and general liability defense cases, including drafting legal documents and conducting legal research, in a hybrid work environment based in Philadelphia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all phases of assigned litigation matters with partner oversight
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and other litigation stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- At least 1 year of civil litigation experience
- Experience in drafting litigation documents and conducting legal research
- Preferred experience in toxic tort, asbestos, and general liability defense
- Self-motivated professional who takes ownership of assignments
