Job Summary
Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Attorney with 1+ years of insurance defense experience, this remote full-time position will manage case files, develop litigation strategies, and engage in client communication while gaining substantial trial experience.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Develop compelling case strategies and maintain professional communication with clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff, mentoring junior attorneys to support team growth
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in Pennsylvania; dual admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey preferred
- 1-8 years of litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
