Job Summary
To support a growing financial services organization, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Managing Director will drive advisor growth, development, and retention while collaborating with leadership to enhance advisor engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in advisor growth and acquisition by building relationships with experienced financial advisors and supporting their transition to Prudential Advisors
- Provide coaching and business consulting to advisors, enhancing their practices and helping them achieve growth goals
- Oversee advisor onboarding and retention, ensuring successful integration and addressing challenges to maximize advisor value
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, or advisor recruiting is required
- Proven success in attracting and recruiting experienced financial advisors
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, and advisor practice management
- Series 6 and 65 registrations & Life/Health insurance license; Series 7 and 66 registrations preferred
