Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and resolve impound lien disputes and property damage claims with various parties
- Engage in litigation processes, including arbitration and lawsuit management, when negotiations fail
- Analyze and evaluate new cases to provide timely resolutions for clients with legal interests in high-value assets
