Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance the lives of clients aged 2-21, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant will perform client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP), and collaborate with families and service providers in a hybrid remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and observe target behaviors to inform treatment strategies
- Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals
- Utilize preference assessments and reinforcement strategies prescribed by licensed psychologists or psychiatrists
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant certifications
- At least one year of full-time experience providing ABA services
- BCaBA Certification or equivalent Bachelor's level certification, or specific training in ABA
- 40 hours of training related to ABA if licensed as a Psychologist with relevant experience
