Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Consultant will perform client assessments, develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and collaborate with clients aged 2-21 and their families in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and observe target behaviors to inform treatment plans
- Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to develop and review ITPs
- Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed psychologists or psychiatrists
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, CRNP, LCSW, LSW, LBS, or equivalent
- At least one year of full-time experience providing ABA services
- BCaBA Certification or equivalent Bachelor's level certification, or 12 credits in ABA
- 40 hours of ABA-related training if supervised by a professional with BCBA certification or equivalent
