Job Summary
To elevate the standard of care in pediatric and adolescent behavioral health, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Health Director will oversee clinical operations, manage regional clinical teams, and develop scalable protocols while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support remote clinical teams, providing performance coaching and clinical mentoring to regional managers and therapists
- Drive integrated and outcome-based care by establishing evidence-based treatment protocols and measuring client quality of life improvements
- Optimize therapist recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance access and retention while preventing clinician burnout
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy in Pennsylvania as an LCSW
- 5+ years of clinical operations leadership experience in a behavioral health setting
- Proven experience managing and coaching clinical site managers or supervisors
- Direct clinical background focused on pediatric, adolescent, and family mental health
