Pennsylvania Licensed Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities while engaging with participants and assisting with research tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Screen patients for eligibility, provide program overviews, and obtain informed consent for research protocols
• Conduct daily phone outreach and schedule appointments for participants to complete enrollment and retention activities

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Familiarity with public health research and participatory research practices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
