Job Summary
To deliver family-centric and evidence-based care, the fully remote Pre-Licensed Child Therapist in Pennsylvania will provide individual and group clinical care to children, adolescents, and young adults while collaborating with care team members and utilizing measurement-based treatment planning.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families
- Collaborate with care team members, including coaches and psychiatrists, to enhance treatment delivery
- Facilitate skills practice groups for parents/caregivers, focusing on skills development based on the InStride Health curriculum
Required qualifications
- Provisional or Associate Counseling License and a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program
- Active license in Pennsylvania and completion of a graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training
- Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with anxiety and related disorders
- Training in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT preferred
- Commitment to progressing toward independent licensure within the specified timeframe
