Pennsylvania Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

Handling liability and property claims under close supervision, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Claims Representative will investigate claims, ensure compliance with state laws, and communicate with all parties involved, while working remotely from home near the Harrisburg or Allentown Branch Office.

Key responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and maintaining accurate documentation
• Evaluates and negotiates claims, recognizing subrogation opportunities and managing payments within designated authority
• Responds to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders while maintaining knowledge of relevant liability laws

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience
• Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred
• Ability to obtain required state licenses within 45 days of employment
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
