Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and professional development, the fully remote Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Supervisor will lead quality assurance initiatives, conduct chart audits, provide clinical supervision, and maintain a direct care caseload of patients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality reviews of clinical notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries to ensure compliance and high standards of care
- Deliver individual and group supervision to therapists, supporting their professional growth and case conceptualization
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Required qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW with qualifications to provide clinical supervision
- Minimum of 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in psychotherapy with children and adolescents
- Experience in clinical supervision, chart audits, or quality management
- Expertise in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed, and TF-CBT
- Knowledge of neurodiversity-affirming care practices
