Pennsylvania Licensed Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

Directing and coordinating the coding program area, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Coding Supervisor will manage coding staff, ensure accurate coding practices, and oversee program performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Plans, directs, and supervises coding staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of services
• Manages hiring, training, and retention of employees while developing policies for accurate billing
• Conducts quarterly performance audits to ensure compliance with coding and documentation standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• One relevant coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC required upon hire
• Experience in medical records management and systems
• Computer literacy required
