Job Summary
To drive the growth of service contract offerings for medical device customers, the remote Pennsylvania Licensed Contracts Analyst will manage contract revenue, support financial operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and optimize contract performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support achievement of service contract revenue and profitability targets through financial analysis and pricing strategy development
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase contract penetration and renewal rates while optimizing customer experience
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on ERP and CRM systems, managing special projects with minimal supervision
Required qualifications
- Experience in contract management and financial operations within the medical device industry
