Pennsylvania Licensed Contracts Analyst
Job Summary
To support the growth of service contract offerings for medical device customers, the remote Contracts and Pricing Analyst will drive accountability for renewals and warranty expirations, enhance customer retention, and optimize contract performance over a 6-month engagement with potential extension.
Key responsibilities
- Support achievement of service contract revenue and profitability targets through financial analysis and pricing strategy development
- Develop and execute strategies to increase contract penetration and renewal rates while identifying root causes and recommending process improvements
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on ERP and CRM systems, managing special projects with minimal supervision
Required qualifications
- Experience in contract management, financial analysis, or pricing strategy within the medical device industry
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card status required due to client requirements
