Job Summary

To support the recruitment and enrollment efforts for digital education, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Digital Enrollment will supervise Enrollment Specialists, oversee daily enrollment activities across assigned school portfolios, and facilitate training for staff in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise Enrollment Specialists and monitor individual and team pipeline activity in CRM
• Oversee daily enrollment activity and escalate stalled prospects or process breakdowns to the Director
• Facilitate enrollment training for new hires and maintain updated Enrollment Specialist playbooks and guides

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment management or a related field
• Experience in coaching and training teams
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively with program directors and graduate coordinators
